#  try to relax in between the work hour for minute or two (techniques like IRT,QRT)
#  go for a weekened ayuvedic full body massage
#  do some regular breathing excercices in the morning before your day starts

techniques:

Yoga helps to slow down the breathing rate thus which in turn relaxes  the muscles, thus helps to overcome the pain, stiffness.thus healing the body.

IRT - tightening of the whole body in a single breath in,and with a breathout realise the whole body ,go for normal brething for a while.

QRT - Just observe you abdomen movements up and down for  5 rounds, then observe your breathing at the tip of the nose 5 counts, then syncronise the movement of breath with the abdomen movement 5 count nad just relax the same way,and continue till your breathing rate slow down.

Chanting OM- a deep breath in and when breathing out chanting om also helps to relax the body.
