While practicing yoga, we need to be very careful in selecting the right clothing. Some key points to remember when you pick your dress:
- Always wear a dress that makes you comfortable.
- The clothing should be preferably cotton and stretchable; it should not restrict hand and leg movements imminent in various postures.
- The dress should be loose, to provide some breathing space for chest movements.
- Shirts or tops should preferably have round neck - not too tight or closed at the neck, and the length should be to the waist only.
- The pants preferably leggings, or any sports trousers with small ankle circumference should be convenient for inverted postures.
- Inner garments should neither be too tight nor loose.
